Here are a few important details to help you feel confident about the process.

  • You’ll need to send us your text, images, logo, brand colors, fonts, and links to any external sites or social media accounts you want included. (If you need help with any of this ask us about our additional services available)

  • No problem — we can either help you with your content (for an additional fee) or we can push your project to the next available start date to give me more time. Once all the required content is finalized we will get your project going.

  • After our discovery call, we’ll put together a proposal outlining the project timelines and final costs. Once you accept the proposal we collect a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due before your site goes live.

  • No! We keep things transparent — there are no hidden fees in our web design packages. That said, there are some additional costs that come with running a website.

    All our websites require a Squarespace subscription (you can see their pricing here). This covers the hosting of your website and any additional services you may need through the platform.

    You will also need a domain name for your website. You can purchase this from a domain registrar of your choice, or purchase it directly from Squarespace. (Your Squarespace subscription often comes with a free domain for the first year.)

    There are also scheduling and email marketing tools which are available at an additional cost.

    I know it is a lot… We’ll go over any extras you might need — along with pricing — during your discovery call so there are no surprises.

  • Absolutely — your site will be built on a user-friendly platform, and we’ll provide basic training so you feel confident making simple updates on your own.

    If you’d rather not worry about edits, fixes, or ongoing upkeep, our WebCare+ packages are a great option — we’ll handle everything for you so you can focus on running your business.
